Actual site of Sto. Nino De Getafe Restoration Village

SNGRV Bohol is a pilot parish-based Restoration Village. The Restoration Team that are taking care of the village are composed of leaders of different parish organization of the town of Getafe. This is in consonance to the WWP mission of encouraging parishes to have work with the poor for a massive work on poverty eradication.

Inspired by this mission, Bro. Romy Cabading, both a CFCFFL and Parish Pastoral Council leader of the town, donated a one hectare lot for the village and organized the 18 parish organizations into the Sto. Nino de Getafe Alliance for the upliftment of the Poor, Inc. This alliance will be the restoration team of the village. 120 families will be their beneficiaries.

Getafe is a 3^rd class town 92 kms north of Tagbilaran, capital of Bohol. It has about 28,000 residents and most are dependent on fishing and agriculture.
