Work With the Poor

Maryland CFCFFL Running for WWP – VA Beach Rock ‘n’ Roll Half-Marathon

On August 31, 2008, our team of Couples For Christ Foundation for Family and Life runners in Maryland will be running in the Rock ‘n’ Roll Half- Marathon in Virginia Beach to raise funds for the CFCFFL Work With the Poor mission program in the Philippines. 

Our goal is to each raise $1,800.00. The funds that we will be raising will go directly to Restoration Villages in the Philippines. With your help, housing units intended for the poor families as well as community centers will be built. 

Please join us in this endeavor that will help bring back hope and dignity to our fellow Filipino brothers and sisters, not by running but by becoming a Home Partner.  The role of a Home Partner is not only to donate money to the cause, but to help spread the news about the work of CFCFFL Work the Poor or by simply telling a friend or relative.   If you would like more information about CFCFFL and its desire to uplift the morale of the country’s poorest of the poor and the direct beneficiaries of this worthy endeavor please visit the following website: www.cfcfflwwp.org.
