Work With the Poor

The families of Medel/Marissa Garibay and Ariel/Rose Sandagon, active members of CFCFFL, have been living on temporary make shift shelters since their homes have been dismantled to give way for GK houses last January 2007 at GK Manolo, Dalandanan, Valenzuela. More than a year have passed and they are still living in temporary shelters. Their  houses have not been built by GK since such was overtaken by events involving the split of the community. But they have slowly started the houses on their own considering their meager resources. Bro. Medel works as a glass installer while Bro.Ariel is a factory worker.  Because of this, we in CFC FFL have taken the initiative to have the homes of the two families built. We have appealed for help from members of the community and a handful have responded. The 2 houses are scheduled for turnover by end of July 2008. In our efforts may God be glorified.
