In the spirit of Christmas, several donors had the turnover of their Christmas gifts (in the form of houses) to beneficiaries at the CFC International Restoration Village at Remarville, Novaliches last Dec.19,2009.

Maryknoll Class’65 members awarding the unit to the Gaytanos
The Maryknoll Class ‘65 turned over their 2nd house donation in the village to the Gaytano Family in simple ceremonies that day. The Gaytano couple said it was their best Christmas gift ever. Last October 11, the class had their first house donation to the Manliclic family in the same village.

In the same ceremonies, Bro.Fred Monsado, a CFC benefactor, also turnedover his house donation to the family of Richard Arago.
Sis. Ruby in front of the Samortin house
In the same day, a third family, the Samortins, will have their half-finished house completed soon as Sis. Ruby Borja, CFCFFL Europe coordinator, authorized completion of their house with donations from CFCFFL Iceland. At present, the Samortin family of 6 are cramped in the ground floor of their 4x5m unit awaiting funds to complete the standard 2-storey house.
